CONFIRMATION LIST FOR HOMESTAY & RETREAT PROGRAMMES, SEMESTER I, SESSION 2018/2019

 

 

Below is the confirmed Name-List for the Homestay Programmes. There are different destinations options as shown below, 

Option 1:
Homestay at Parit Bugis, Johor
Date:  27 & 28 October 2018 
No. of students: 80

Option 2:
Homestay at Bang Huris, Sepang Selangor
Date: 3 & 4 November 2018  
No. of students: 80

Option 3:
Homestay at Seri Tanjung, Melaka
Date: 24 & 25 November 2018 
No. of students: 80

Option 4:
Homestay at Kg. Lonek, Negeri Sembilan
Date: 1 & 2 December 2018 
No. of students: 80

 

Students are Not allow to change the date of the homestay after confirmation.
Upon registration of the programme, students MUST attend the programme. Students who have registered and failed to turn up for the programme will be penalized and barred from participating in future programmes. 

 

Important Notes:

  1. International Exchange students are entitled to participate in ONE homestay programme only and it will be on first come first serve basis
  2. Registration for others is prohibited and registration can only be submitted once, and changes are not allowed to avoid any confusion or name duplication
  3. Upon registration of the programme, students MUST attend the programme. Students who have registered and failed to turn up for the programme will be penalized and barred from participating in future programmes.
  4. Students are required to abide by the rules and regulations being set by the university as well as the homestay management.
  5. Students are required to ensure their safety and security at all times and the university is not to be held liable for any damages, injuries or other losses sustained during the course of these activities.
  6. The meeting point for the pickup will be at 10th Residential College Main Gate and students are required to assemble by 8.30 a.m.
  7. Students may contact the accompanying official for each program for further details.
  8. Homestay Programs are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances and any deferment or postponement of change of date and venue will be let known to students.

Below is the confirmed Name-List for the One Day Filed Trip. There are different dates and options as shown below, 

1st Round:

3. Kuala Lumpur & Shah Alam     (8 September 2018) - Full

1. Port Dickson & Putrajaya         (9 September 2018) - Full
2. Malacca City                               (9 September 2018) - Full

2nd Round: 
1. Port Dickson & Putrajaya         (22 September 2018) - Full
2. Malacca City                              (23 September 2018) - Full

3rd Round: 
1. Malacca City                             (29 September 2018) - Full

students are not allow to change the date of the trip after confirmation.

Students are required to abide by the rules and regulations being set by the university management.

The meeting point for the pickup will be at 10th Residential College Foyer and student is required to assemble by 8.00 a.m.

Students who have not register for One Day Field Trip can register using the link available for registration or  come to ISC office counter.
